Premier IT Support Contracts offers the support and maintenance levels of having your own in-house IT department.

Premier IT Support Contracts include:

  • Unlimited phone or e-mail access to the PC Docs Help Desk Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00*
  • Unlimited remote 'fix' system access
  • Unlimited on-site support
  • Quarterly on-site visits, or remote access for hardware and software updates
  • Repair to all damaged hardware with no labour charges. If the hardware cannot be replaced, we will offer you a replacement at cost price and will install and reconfigure at no extra charge
  • 6 hour on-site response time on PC's
  • 4 hour on-site response time on Servers
  • Switches, hubs, broadband routers and firewalls are included FREE of charge


Level 1 IT Support Contracts

Level 1 IT Support Contracts include:

  • Unlimited phone or e-mail access to the PC Docs Help Desk, Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00
  • Unlimited remote 'fix' system access
  • Plus, on-site visits at the reduced hourly rate
  • 4 hour on-site response time for PC's
  • 4 hour on-site response time for Servers
  • Switches, hubs, broadband routers and firewalls are included Minimal charge


Level 2 IT Support Contracts

Level 2 IT Support Contracts offer basic IT support at an affordable and realistic price.

Level 2 IT Support Contracts include:

  • Unlimited phone or e-mail access to the PC Docs Help Desk, Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00
  • Plus, on-site visits at the reduced hourly rate
  • 2 hour on-site response time for PC's
  • 4 hour on-site response time for Servers
  • Switches, hubs, broadband routers and firewalls are included extra charge


Level 3 IT Support Contracts

No contract, just pay as you go. Ideal for business individuals or small companies who need occasional IT support in an emergency.
